Hi! My name is Hannah and I'm a lifestyle & portrait photographer based in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Growing up in the Philippines, I loved going to the beach and thankfully, we moved to this beautiful lakeside city with awesome views of the Alps. We occasionally travel to my hometown, Cebu, to visit my family and to enjoy the islands.

Moving to a new country gave me the opportunity to reevaluate what I want to do. I had already left my 9 to 5 job when we moved from Singapore so why not use this change to pursue my dreams? And so I did, and Hannah Shan Photography was born! Photography has always been a passion of mine, thanks to my dad who is also a photographer. I'm happy that I made the jump!

Apart from photography, travel is my other passion. Being able to see and experience different cultures is truly amazing. I met my husband, Luuk, whilst traveling and our first conversation was about photography! 

I love to shoot with natural light and at locations that are important to people, like their home, their child's favorite playground, or their favorite park. I would love to capture you and your family's moments and tell your stories through my photographs.
